II. Customized Solutions

Targeting the hotel’s positioning and room type characteristics, Shifenzhi equips the project with a full-wired RCU room control system adopting RS485 bus communication architecture. The core configuration and functions are as follows:

  • Core main control hardware: Each guest room is fitted with a Shifenzhi wired RCU main unit. It adopts industrial-grade automotive series main control chips, features a strong and weak current separation design, and has overvoltage, overload and short-circuit protection to ensure stable long-term continuous operation. The system supports remote configuration and remote upgrade, reducing manpower input for on-site operation and maintenance.

  • Entry welcome scene: Supports identity recognition power supply via card insertion. After inserting the card, the welcome mode is triggered automatically: corridor lights and main lights turn on sequentially, and background music plays the hotel’s customized welcome message synchronously.

  • Multi-scene room control: Integrated smart panels are installed at the bedside to switch between bright, reading, leisure and sleep scenes with one touch, and link lighting, curtains and air conditioning devices synchronously.

  • Dimmable lighting system: Supports 0-10V smooth dimming with flicker-free light, adapting to the lighting atmosphere needs of different scenarios.

  • Smart air conditioning management: Built-in operation strategies including pre-check-in temperature adjustment, constant-temperature energy saving after card removal, and automatic sleep temperature adjustment, balancing guest comfort and hotel energy-saving demands.

  • Full-link service interaction: Multi-functional electronic door displays are installed at room entrances, which synchronously show room status, Do Not Disturb, Please Clean Up and Please Wait states, and are intelligently interlocked with the doorbell function. Self-locking SOS emergency call buttons are installed in bathrooms; once triggered, signals are sent to the hotel backend in real time to ensure guest safety.

  • Backend management system: Equipped with a B/S architecture guest room management platform, supporting real-time room status monitoring, service work order processing, energy consumption data statistics, remote equipment operation and maintenance and other functions. Management staff can check the operation status of all guest rooms via the web terminal without installing a dedicated client.
