Since its establishment, nurtured by the care of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and guided correctly by the Party Leadership Group of the Ministry of Finance, the Institute has adhered to its goal of building an internationally renowned accounting institute. Upholding its school motto — Integrity as Foundation, Professional Ethics as Priority, Abide by Accounting Standards, Reject False Accounting Entries, it proactively aligns itself with national strategic demands and the overall landscape of reform and development, and provides dedicated services to core fiscal and economic work. Rooted in China’s practical experience, keeping pace with international trends, and implementing a platform-based strategy to integrate educational resources, the Institute has built a full-time and part-time teaching faculty that closely links theory with practice, alongside a lean, highly efficient management team.

The intelligent upgrading project covers more than 1,000 apartments, including student apartments, expert apartments and faculty apartments. XNAI has upgraded the living environment and renovated these residences into smart apartments. On the one hand, the transformation delivers superior living and learning conditions for faculty and trainees. On the other hand, it underpins the national high-end accounting talent cultivation program. To date, the Institute has hosted over 5,000 training sessions with nearly 600,000 participants in total, including an average of nearly 50,000 trainees per year over the past three years. Multiple apartment buildings are still under expansion to facilitate accommodation, study and training for trainees from all across the country.
